Each product is individually printed when you order it, so please allow 2-5 business days manufacture time for your prints and other 2-5 business days for the shipping. This is due also to my travel schedule.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email info@filippomaffei.it to let me know about any damage.
Please note that all prints come unframed, and they are printed in the A3+ and A2 format + 2 cm of white borders. The size of paper is standard but the size of photo may vary depending on the media used for taking that photo (Scanned analog 35mm film can be different from digital camera sensor) All the photos are printed on fine art paper and signed by the artist.
